HOW AND WHEN WILL MY CARDS SHIP?

Our cards ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In-stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days. You will be notified by email of any back-ordered items and, with your approval, we will proceed to ship all in-stock items from your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Cards are shipped from our HQ in Sarasota, Florida and typically take 2-5 days.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide via USPS First Class International mail. However, tracking information can be a bit unreliable with International shipping and orders can take up to 12 days to deliver. 


WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased from Just My Type Greetings can be returned for a refund within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Just My Type Greetings items purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please email hello@justmytypegreetings.com to initiate a return.

Incomplete and/or damaged orders will be replaced. Please email a picture or your order and order number to hello@justmytypegreetings.com within 5-days of delivery.
